"In these challenging times, finding a safe space is more important than ever. I offer compassionate support to help you navigate life's complexities and rediscover your inner strength."
About me
Welcome! I'm here to offer you a safe and supportive space as you navigate life's challenges, with sessions ONLINE or IN-PERSON (in Kfar Saba). I'm fluent in both English and German and I speak basic Hebrew. Before dedicating myself to this work, I had a successful career as an executive in tech companies. This background gives me a practical perspective that many clients appreciate. Today, I'm a clinical mental health counsellor, an IFS practitioner (Level 2), a certified coach and parenting consultant. All my work is trauma-informed.Personally, I'm a married mother of two, and our family embraces a multicultural and multilingual lifestyle, spanning three countries, cultures, and languages. I was born and raised in Germany, lived in Ireland for many years, and now live in Israel with my husband and children. With all this, I bring a deep understanding and empathy for diverse backgrounds.
How we can work together
I believe that having a safe, non-judgmental space is fundamental for every person to thrive. My priority is to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel completely comfortable exploring your experiences, challenges, and feelings. Our work together is a collaborative journey to find what truly helps you thrive. Many clients discover a newfound sense of clarity as they understand their inner world, leading to profound healing and personal growth. We'll thoughtfully combine different therapeutic insights, including the powerful 'parts' work of IFS, to help you move through challenges and create lasting transformation. We can also incorporate practical strategies, like those from CBT, if they fit your unique path.My work can support you with, but is not limited to:- Coping with the stressors of life, including challenging times like wartime
- Addressing feelings of sadness, hopelessness, worries, fears, and anxieties
- Developing and maintaining healthy relationships, including navigating difficult family dynamics
- Processing difficult life experiences and making challenging decisions
- Dealing with grief and loss
- Breaking cycles of negative thinking and self-criticism
- Changing unhelpful habits
- Improving self-esteem and finding more joy in life
